About The Position

Banyan Living is seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to lead management of its luxury multifamily community in Stow, Ohio. This senior role calls for a proactive leader with extensive property management experience, particularly in luxury or high-end residential settings. The Property Manager will drive operational excellence, improve resident satisfaction, and optimize financial performance.

Requirements

At least 3 years of property management experience, focused on luxury multifamily housing.
Demonstrated success managing large properties or portfolios.
Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting and NOI management.
Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

CAPS, CAM, or CPM certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple property operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention.
Develop and manage property budgets, prepare financial reporting, and achieve occupancy targets.
Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
