The Property Manager is a working professional responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Our Property Managers must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners, tenants, and vendors. This job entails extensive depth into helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. It also includes working with tenants and vendors to fill maintenance requests, verifying and submitting invoices for payment, reviewing property owner statements for accuracy, and working with our property owners with needed approvals and notifications. Requirements

  • Happy, positive, and upbeat!
  • Extremely thorough
  • New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to quickly obtain RE license)
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Solid decision making skills; capable of principle-based decision making and critical thinking
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Local area knowledge
  • Building maintenance knowledge
  • Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office/Excel (60+ WPM + 10 key fluent)
  • Positive attitude with thick skin
  • Competency in Lease Agreements
  • Competency in Management Agreements
  • Competency in Residential Tenancies Act
  • Competency in Anti-Discrimination Act
  • Competency in Trade Practices and Fair Housing Laws
  • High output in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization
  • Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust
  • Natural communicator with good negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services.
