About The Position

The Property Manager independently runs a supportive housing community serving residents who were formerly homeless. The role operates a one-person office, with support from an on-site maintenance team, and works closely with partner agencies and supportive services providers. The property is in Port St. John and Rockledge, Florida.

Requirements

• Experience managing a homeless or supportive housing property.
• Proven ability to collaborate with partner and supportive services agencies.
• Yardi experience.
• Solid understanding of Tenant-Based Vouchers.
• Strong financial skills, including managing many resident payment plans.

Nice To Haves

• EliseAI experience.
• Familiarity with the Brevard County area and local housing authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations, including leasing, recertifications, resident relations, and compliance.
• Manage resident payment plans, rent collection, delinquency, and financial reporting.
• Administer Tenant-Based Voucher households and coordinate with local housing authorities.
• Work with supportive services partners to promote housing stability and resident success.
• Direct maintenance priorities with the maintenance team to keep the property safe and well-kept.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in Yardi.
