About The Position

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Manager in Bristol, Virginia. The manager is responsible for managing and supporting permanent supportive housing participants. The role involves case management, assessing intake forms, making referrals to other case managers and community resources, and capturing and entering data accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be able to reason, communicate effectively, and motivate individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health or substance abuse issues. A valid driver’s license, an excellent driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. A degree is preferred but not required; significant experience is sought. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week.
