About The Position

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Manager in Bristol, Virginia. The role manages and supports permanent supportive housing participants, including case management, intake-form assessment, referrals to other case managers and community resources, and timely, accurate data entry. The successful candidate can reason effectively, communicate well, and motivate individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health and substance abuse issues. Requirements

Significant experience; the posting seeks a highly qualified applicant.
Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness is identified as a good fit.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to reason effectively and motivate individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health and substance abuse issues.
