About The Position

ELS is hiring a Property Manager in N Fort Myers, Florida. The Community Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents, and ensures the community meets its financial goals. The role includes maintaining property resources and assets, keeping the property clean and attractive to maximize occupancy, partnering with marketing teams to attract residents, showing available homes, and managing the community’s operating budget to improve profitability. The manager sets high-quality standards and provides outstanding customer service to support a positive resident experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong operational, collaborative, and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Understanding of the operating complexities and daily tasks associated with the position.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property resources and assets, including staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities.
• Ensure the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare, and manage the community’s operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high-quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to residents.
