About The Position

The Property Manager supervises quality standards and daily operations to ensure the overall success of the property. The role works closely with the Regional Manager and Director of HR to support staffing, training, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise quality standards and details to ensure the overall success of the property.
Ensure all property reporting requirements are met by established deadlines.
Perform and document move-out inspections and SODAs.
Collaborate with the Director of HR and Regional Manager to coordinate and supervise team member hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations.
Create, monitor, and collect on the Balance Due Report.
Manage payables, order supplies, oversee petty cash, maintain the issue list, and approve time.
Communicate with the Director of Marketing about tenant outreach and unit availability changes, specials, and related matters.
Review Market Surveys conducted by Leasing Consultants and submit them to the Regional Manager.
Foster a culture of communication with team members and schedule one quarterly offsite team-building exercise.
Perform a weekly property walk.
Facilitate and supervise employee training and continuing education.
Serve as backup for the Assistant Manager and Leasing Consultant.
Attend required meetings, including a weekly conference call, weekly team meeting, quarterly onsite meeting, quarterly team-building meeting, and State of Engage annual meeting.
Complete all required training.
Create and maintain the on-call schedule for maintenance.
