About The Position

Bader is seeking a Property Manager for Joseph's Pointe. Bader has managed rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years and is one of Minnesota's largest locally owned property management firms. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year; compensation is commensurate with experience and may differ from the amount shown in the posting.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
Provide customer service and communication to residents and prospects to support satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a cohesive, high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management.
Build and maintain industry contacts and relationships through trade organizations, property management associations, vendor outreach, networking, and peer groups.
Support the company's philosophy and goals and adhere to its policies.
Ensure personnel in all departments follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Comply with Fair Housing rules.
Pursue educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
Perform other duties that the Regional Asset Manager considers part of the Property Manager's job description.
