Requirements
- Manage a mixed-use residential community of 93 affordable units (LIHTC, PBV, and Section 8)
- Handle leasing, compliance, property maintenance, resident relations, financial performance, rent collections, recertifications, accounts payable, waitlist management, and staff supervision.
