About The Position
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior affordable housing community in downtown Jacksonville. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive salary and a strong benefits package. The property is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit site, and the manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with program standards. Requirements
- Prior experience.
- An analytical mind to evaluate challenges and recommend an appropriate course of action.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with on-site staff, vendors, the corporate team, and residents.

- Experience with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management and address resident and community needs.
- Oversee community operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance supervision, purchasing, budget management, resident concerns, and vendor interactions.
- Ensure the property maintains strict compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards.
- Hire, train, and motivate the on-site team; assist with employee evaluations; and direct staff activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Maximize use of RealPage OneSite software to improve operating efficiency.
- Manage reporting to RPM and the corporate team, biweekly payroll, and weekly accounts payable packages.
