About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations at The Landings at East Pointe, an affordable housing community in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time salaried position. The Property Manager is responsible for resident relations, community operations, compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards, leadership and supervision of the on-site team, and administrative reporting and payroll processes. The workplace is drug-free. Requirements

• Prior experience.
• Customer service orientation.
• Analytical ability to evaluate challenges and recommend an appropriate course of action.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with on-site staff, vendors, the corporate team, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented management approach focused on meeting resident and community needs.
• Oversee community operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance supervision, purchasing, budget management, resident concerns, and vendor interactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards.
• Hire, train, and motivate the on-site team; assist with employee evaluations; and direct staff activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Use RealPage OneSite to support operational efficiency.
• Manage reporting to RPM and the corporate team, biweekly payroll, and weekly accounts payable packages.
