About The Position

As a Property Intelligence Specialist, you serve as a critical link in the real estate transaction lifecycle. You are a digital investigator who provides essential property transparency. In this role, you will leverage modern data extraction tools and proprietary databases to accelerate the due diligence process for Real Estate transactions, transforming complex public records into clear, actionable insights for real estate professionals and consumers. This position is designed for a technologically curious professional who thrives on accuracy and efficiency. Your primary mission is to navigate the various tools and technologies available to Land Title to pull records and then apply your human expertise to verify the results. On a daily basis, you will manage a high volume of requests, identifying and organizing: Property Data: Accurately pulling and verifying legal descriptions. Encumbrance Discovery: Identifying open voluntary and involuntary liens against properties or owners recorded at the county level. Vesting Analysis: Locating and verifying deeds that establish legal ownership.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with E-mail, Business Workspace Tools, and Internet

Responsibilities

  • Data Extraction: Navigate modern property databases to pull accurate Owner and Encumbrance information, legal descriptions, and lien data.
  • Tech-Enabled Research: Use modern technology-powered search and production tools to identify ownership and recorded documents, focusing on accuracy and speed.
  • Report Coordination: Receive and process incoming property requests via phone and email, using our digital workflow systems to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Professional Problem Solving: Act as a helpful point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing clear, professional assistance to clarify property data questions.
  • Digital Reporting & Invoicing: Maintain accurate electronic records and create product invoices quickly and accurately using our internal production systems.
  • Property Type Identification: Use your training to accurately identify and process different property types, including Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural land.
  • Practice Appropriate Cybersecurity: Protect company and customer data by following modern cybersecurity best practices in your daily tasks.
