About The Position

The Troy YMCA is seeking a full-time Property Director. This position supports the YMCA’s work as a community-focused charity and supervises all members of the facility’s property department. The Property Director directs maintenance, cleaning, and improvement operations for branch facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance and related administrative duties such as payroll and budgets.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC discipline, or a high school diploma/GED with 3–5 years’ experience in cleaning and building trades.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Responsibilities
