About The Position

The Property Cleaner works as a contents cleaning technician in Meridian, Idaho. The role involves inventorying, packing, transporting, cleaning, restoring, organizing, and documenting customers’ belongings affected by water, fire, smoke, or other damage. The technician handles items such as furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, and personal belongings with care, using specialized cleaning equipment and restoration techniques. The role also includes maintaining a safe and organized warehouse and work environment, assisting with related restoration and warehouse tasks, providing professional customer service in homes and businesses, and following company safety procedures and industry standards. Restoration experience is helpful, but the employer is willing to train the right person.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Dependable and motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Comfort working in different environments and handling customers’ personal belongings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse, or similar work.
• Restoration experience.
• IICRC certifications such as WRT or FSRT.

Responsibilities
