About The Position

The Contents Cleaning Technician inventories, packs, transports, cleans, and restores customers’ belongings affected by water, fire, smoke, and other damage. The role handles items such as furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, and personal belongings with care, using specialized cleaning equipment and restoration techniques. It also involves accurately organizing, labeling, and tracking contents; completing job documentation; maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment; and assisting with other restoration and warehouse tasks as needed. The technician provides professional, respectful customer service in homes and businesses and follows company safety procedures and industry standards. The employer is willing to train the right person; restoration experience is helpful.

This is a full-time position in Meridian, Idaho, paying $18–$20 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Dependable and motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in different environments and handling customers’ personal belongings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse, or similar work.
• Restoration experience.
• IICRC certifications such as WRT or FSRT; not required.
