About The Position

As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring assigned interior community spaces are clean, sanitary, and welcoming. You help create a positive experience for residents and guests through high-quality cleaning services, maintaining supplies and equipment, and supporting the overall appearance and comfort of the property.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying supplies, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the community and team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior community spaces, including offices, fitness centers, community rooms, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying trash cans.
• Ensure cleaning supplies, materials, and consumables are adequately stocked and organized.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep storage areas neat, safe, and in proper working condition.
• Observe, document, and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas needing repair.
• Follow cleaning standards, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to residents and guests in shared community spaces.
