Metis is seeking an experienced and motivated Property & Casualty Claims Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position serving members throughout West Virginia from your home office. Metis specializes in administering self-insurance risk pools, offering an alternative to traditional insurance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling, OR 10 years’ minimum property and casualty claims handling experience
- Located in West Virginia
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve property and casualty and/or general liability claims.
- Assess and evaluate claims, conduct investigations, and ensure documentation is collected.
- Build relationships with members and help claimants navigate the claims process.
