Requirements

Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including repetitive stair climbing, occasional ladder climbing, and prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to complete multiple hotel responsibilities and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance work orders in a timely manner and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
Perform maintenance and upkeep tasks, including floor and carpet cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, public-area janitorial duties, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and provide orders to management.
Prepare rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
Assist with laundry duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
