About The Position

DiVal Safety Equipment is seeking a full-time Promotions Production Associate to join its Promotions team at the Buffalo headquarters. This hands-on role customizes apparel and promotional products using embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment. Production experience is helpful but not required; training is provided for a dependable, detail-oriented person who is ready to learn. The scheduled hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

Operate embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment.
Prepare screens and plates for production.
Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
Count, fold, package, and prepare orders for delivery.
Complete work efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
Organize logos, files, screens, plates, tools, and production materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow established safety procedures and immediately report concerns.
Communicate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive workplace.
