The Project Superintendent provides overall field leadership for Haydon’s water and wastewater construction projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, and pipeline infrastructure. This role is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing project schedules, and directing crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with Haydon standards and client expectations. The Project Superintendent oversees day-to-day construction activities and serves as a key point of coordination between field operations, Project Managers, subcontractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Projects may include water and wastewater treatment plants, pump and lift stations, large-diameter water and sewer pipelines, deep excavations, process piping systems, reinforced concrete structures, underground utilities, and live-system tie-ins. The Project Superintendent is responsible for planning and coordinating field activities, monitoring progress, addressing field issues, and maintaining efficient project execution from mobilization through completion.
