About The Position

Support Tech LLC is expanding its Projects Department and seeking a highly organized, technically-minded Project & Service Administrator to deliver seamless technology solutions across North America. This role involves managing the lifecycle of technical projects, from Ubiquiti deployments to complex access control systems, acting as the central point for field operations and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination or service admin role, preferably in the low voltage or IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of Ubiquiti networking, access control systems, IP cameras, and structured cabling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Dual monitor setup.
  • PC hardware: Intel i7 processor (or equivalent) or better.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, managing timelines and deliverables for low voltage installations including data cabling, CCTV, and access control.
  • Manage daily operations of Zoho Desk for service tickets and Zoho Projects for long-form deployments.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and field technicians, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Maintain detailed project notes, hardware inventories, and close-out reports.
  • Handle incoming communications via Dialpad and manage independent tasks alongside collaborative team goals.
