About The Position

As a Project, Senior Consultant Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, on the team, you will be responsible for: Compile, validate, and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports; follow up with project teams to resolve incomplete, late, or inconsistent information. Identify reporting trends, risks, and issues and escalate findings to PMO leadership to support timely decisions across the portfolio. Document, maintain, and execute PMO processes, templates, standards, and process guidance; communicate updates and recommend operational improvements. Coordinate subcontractor action items, deliverables, and deadlines; serve as a liaison among subcontractors, project leads, and PMO leadership to monitor commitments and address concerns. Maintain staffing rosters and resource data, and coordinate security, onboarding, and offboarding activities, including access requests, clearances, equipment, training, and required records.

  • 2+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or program support role.
  • 2+ years of experience compiling, reviewing, and distributing weekly or monthly project or program status reports.
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining PMO process documentation, templates, action-item trackers, staffing rosters, or onboarding records.
  • Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
