As a Project, Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for: Coordinate administrative and operational activities, including meeting planning, communications development, and support for client administrative processes. Develop polished briefing materials and read-ahead content for client leadership and senior stakeholders. Support development of the Program Management Plan and provide technical editing across key deliverables. Provide strategic communications, collaborative engagement, and secretariat support to government stakeholders. Engage with community members and partners as directed by the client to support coordination and alignment. Draft, prepare, and edit meeting minutes, reports, presentations, talking points, and other communications products that convey a consistent functional management message.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience building and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites
  • 1+ years of experience developing and technically editing briefing materials, read-ahead packages, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, talking points, and other written communications products for leadership audiences.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting government administrative processes, including meeting planning, program management plan development, stakeholder engagement, and secretariat responsibilities.
  • Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
