As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform Building and customizing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities Collaborating with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities Troubleshooting defects, supporting testing activities, and maintaining technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and platform customization
  • Experience developing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features within ServiceNow
  • Ability to work on-site in Mclean, VA up to 5 days per week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
