Scheduler - Phx P6

Mountain West Consulting LLCPhoenix, AZ
Hybrid

About The Position

Mountain West Consulting is hiring a Project Scheduler to own the CPM schedules behind their utility, municipal, and energy construction work across the Phoenix Metro and Southwest US Area. The role involves building and maintaining baselines in Primavera P6, tracking physical progress against installed quantities, and providing project managers with early warnings to keep critical path work moving. Projects include utility infrastructure for owners, municipal capital improvement programs, and power generation and energy-sector mechanical construction. This is a project controls role focused on schedule analysis and stakeholder communication, not field supervision. The position offers a hybrid schedule with the Phoenix office as a home base and flexibility for remote work, along with periodic jobsite visits to verify progress.

  • Experience in cost planning and project-controls reporting interfaces
  • Strong written and verbal communication with field staff, PMs, and client stakeholders
