About The Position

The San Diego Unified School District is seeking applications for the position of Project Resource Teacher to be assigned to Mission Bay High School. This role is open to current San Diego Unified Permanent and Probationary Teachers. Requirements

  • Classroom experience required.
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population.

  • Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential by the closing date of the application deadline.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP) and English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) testing.
  • Responsible for various assessment implementation.
  • Responsible for AVID coordination and teaching AVID sections.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly analysis of site testing requirements.
  • Ensure staff are updated on testing requirements.
  • Monitor implementation of AVID curriculum.
  • Teach sections of AVID (9-12).
