About The Position

McColm & Company is building a talent pool of international monitoring, evaluation, and data specialists for multiple project roles. McColm is a mission-driven professional services firm supporting U.S. federal customers in foreign affairs, international development, human services, and national security. Its Justice and Resilience Practice supports international technical assistance projects addressing labor rights, trade, and global supply chains, including efforts to combat child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking. Engagement type varies by project and may be full-time employment, part-time employment, or consultancy as a 1099 independent contractor. Work may be onsite, hybrid, or remote. Joining the pool does not guarantee an engagement; candidates may be contacted when an assignment fits their expertise to discuss the role, level of effort, and availability. Duties and qualifications vary by project and role. Potential assignments include project management, evaluation leadership, sector and country expertise, rapid evaluation and political economy analysis, data analysis and visualization, facilitation and training, editing, and accessibility work. Individuals with lived experience of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking are encouraged to apply; lived experience may be considered in place of some formal education or professional experience. U.S. citizenship or other authorization to work in the United States and fluent written and spoken English are required. Travel may be required for some roles.
