About The Position

McColm & Company is building a talent pool of international monitoring, evaluation, and data specialists for multiple project personnel and subject matter expert consultant roles. Engagement type varies by project and may be full-time employment, part-time employment, or consultancy as a 1099 independent contractor. Work may be on site, hybrid, or remote. Joining the pool does not guarantee an engagement; candidates may be contacted when an assignment matches their expertise to discuss the role, level of effort, and availability. The Justice and Resilience Practice supports international technical assistance projects addressing labor rights, trade, and global supply chains, including efforts to combat child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking. Roles may include Project Manager, Lead Evaluator, evaluation team lead or senior evaluator, sector and country specialist, rapid evaluation and political economy analyst, data analyst, data visualization specialist, facilitator or trainer, and editor or accessibility specialist. Duties and requirements vary by role and project. Candidates are asked to indicate their preferred role types, technical and sector expertise, countries or regions of work, languages and proficiency, and whether they seek full-time, part-time, or consulting work. Individuals with lived experience of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking are encouraged to apply; lived experience may be considered in place of some formal education or professional experience. U.S. citizenship or other authorization to work in the United States and fluent written and spoken English are required. Travel may be required for some roles. Prior experience supporting U.S. Government clients is highly desirable. Compensation depends on job requirements, market dynamics, and the successful candidate’s experience and skills. Full-time employees are eligible for McColm’s standard benefits package; contract and consultant roles are not eligible for benefits. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
