About The Position

KR Wolfe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee physical medical equipment installation and AV systems integration projects from initial planning through completion. • Demonstrated experience managing complex AV integration projects, including clinical integration and/or commercial AV systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of video routing and distribution, displays, control systems, audio DSP, structured cabling, network/IP-based AV, and system commissioning.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labor forecasting, subcontractors, and change orders.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, scopes of work, and installation documentation.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to satisfy applicable background screening and customer site-access requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or ANP certification.
  • Manufacturer certifications with Crestron, Extron, QSC/Q-SYS, Biamp, Cisco, or similar systems.
  • PMP, OSHA 30, or ICRA certification.
  • Experience managing multi-state projects and navigating healthcare construction permitting requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
