Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within an assigned functional area or across multiple entities. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle overall by guiding teams and staff, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that the project is completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they complete essential tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional with strong operational expertise to support faculty administration and compensation processes within the AMC Division of General Internal Medicine (DGIM). The Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading and coordinating high-priority faculty-related workflows, with a primary focus on faculty offer letters, salary calculations and changes, and compensation-related approvals and submissions. Reporting to the Senior Directors of AMC DGIM, the Project Manager will oversee workflow coordination, process standardization, and execution of key operational and strategic initiatives across the division. Core responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and tracking faculty offer and addendum letters; calculating faculty salary components and changes; and managing the submission and approval of compensation-related documentation. The role also includes establishing and maintaining processes for one-time payments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all submissions. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across MGH, BWH, and MGB to ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining centralized documentation and clear communication throughout each process. In this multifaceted role, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. The role requires exceptional organizational, administrative, time management, and communication skills, along with sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. A consistently professional and detail-oriented approach is essential. The Project Manager will serve as a key operational lead supporting faculty administrative and compensation processes across the AMC DGIM. This role is responsible for executing and continuously improving workflows related to faculty offer letters, salary calculations, and compensation submission processes.
