About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at its Nashville, Tennessee location. The role ensures project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget through effective planning, direction, and coordination of project activities. Projects may include data centers, schools, and hospitals.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems, and good understanding and use of Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, drug screen, and driving-record check if applicable, before hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with construction software such as Procore is highly preferred.
• Commercial entry door experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedules, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and resource allocation for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work-plan outlines with staff; assign duties and scope of authority; provide technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budgeted scope; review staff status reports and make changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
