About The Position
This entry-level marketing and management role is intended for candidates with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced environments who want to build a long-term career. The company is forming two to three marketing teams after partnering with a new client and aims to train top performers for Managing Director roles within a year. The position offers paid training, a base salary, bonus opportunities, benefits after 90 days, and advancement opportunities. Hiring is immediate, and local candidates available for in-person interviews are preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or another fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and comfort communicating with different types of people.
- Strong teamwork skills and a competitive mindset.
- Reliability, motivation, and eagerness to grow.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local or able to relocate within two to three weeks.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, restaurant, or bar experience.

Responsibilities
- Represent and present clients’ marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with customers and clients.
- Track team KPIs and report results.
- Manage client site relationships.
