About The Position

Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) provides emergency property restoration services for structural and personal property affected by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions. The company has served customers since 2013 and emphasizes excellence, customer satisfaction, and improving customers’ lives. ERX is hiring a full-time Project Manager Repairs to cultivate strong professional relationships with customers, address customer concerns professionally, and follow issues through to resolution. The role manages restoration and repair projects, supports and directs the team as needed, communicates with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and serves as a secondary representative to clients. The Project Manager also provides metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload and is responsible for project collections. The position requires daily travel to customer locations and on-site projects. Work may take place in non-climate-controlled settings as well as office environments, with noise levels ranging from moderate to loud. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Manage projects to provide customer service and support and direct the team as needed.

Attend weekly WIP meetings.
Ensure subcontractor invoices are submitted upon completion of their work.
Travel daily to customer locations and on-site projects.
