About The Position

Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) provides emergency property restoration services for structural and personal property affected by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions. The company has been in business since 2013 and emphasizes improving customers’ lives, excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to industry best practices and standards. ERX is hiring a full-time Project Manager Repairs to cultivate professional relationships with customers, address customer concerns effectively, and follow through until resolution. The role manages projects, provides customer service, and supports and directs the team as needed. The Project Manager communicates with homeowners and insurance adjusters, serves as a secondary representative to clients, and provides metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload. The position is responsible for project collections, attending weekly WIP meetings, and ensuring subcontractor invoices are submitted when their work is complete. Daily travel to customer locations and on-site projects is required. Work may take place in non-climate-controlled or office environments, and noise levels may range from moderate to loud.

Requirements

Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the restoration and construction industries is preferred.
