About The Position

The Project Manager will support a large-scale merger integration program involving the consolidation of two legacy systems into a new third-party core platform, alongside a parallel digital conversion. Working closely with a dedicated Program Manager, the role drives day-to-day execution, coordination, and follow-through across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams. This is an execution-focused position requiring strong organizational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity with minimal oversight. The position is a contract role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is described as hybrid.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting large, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
Experience working in task-driven, milestone-driven environments rather than purely strategic roles.
Comfort working closely with technical teams without being the technical subject matter expert.
Ability to ask appropriate questions, capture details accurately, and keep workstreams aligned.
Self-directed and proactive, with minimal need for micromanagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
