About The Position

DISHER is seeking a Project Manager for a 2-year project supporting its medical device customer team onsite in Portage, Michigan. The role supports the Program Manager with day-to-day execution and floor-level coordination of concurrent line moves and equipment installations. It requires a strong floor presence and hands-on execution, including the ability to take on execution work when the Program Manager is not available on the floor. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Project management experience on large-scale manufacturing capital or line-move projects.
• Ability to absorb and execute work if the Program Manager is unable to be on the floor.
• Comfort coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, including moves, validations, and installs.
• Experience in the medical device industry, automotive industry, or similarly regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day project execution.
