About The Position

DISHER is seeking a Project Manager for a two-year project supporting a medical device customer team onsite in Portage, Michigan. The role supports the Program Manager with day-to-day execution, floor-level coordination of concurrent line moves, and equipment installations. It requires a strong floor presence and hands-on execution, including the ability to take on execution work when the Program Manager is not available on the floor. The position involves a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Project management experience with large-scale manufacturing capital or line-move projects.
• Ability to take on work execution when the Program Manager is not able to be on the floor.
• Comfort coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, including moves, validations, and installations.
• Experience in the medical device industry, automotive industry, or similarly regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate concurrent line moves at the floor level.
• Execute equipment installations.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and carry out hands-on execution.
