About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OD Labs technology initiatives, including custom software development, third-party platform deployments, AI adoption, workflow design, and firm-wide rollouts. The role also supports process mapping, change management, training, adoption measurement, and operational handoff, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive firm and client information. This is a remote position. Compensation varies by location, and the role is eligible for performance-based bonuses and the benefits described in the posting.
