About The Position

KWM is currently looking for a versatile and organized project manager for its Montréal studio. As a project manager, you will be required to develop and coordinate ongoing projects, while monitoring logistical aspects with the client. Here at KWM, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest titles in games and a variety of genres all while being given the support to grow and develop your skills as a project manager. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Language proficiency, with excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the creative complexities inherent in developing marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and adapt seamlessly to changing needs.
  • Motivated and proactive mindset, constantly seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept occasional work outside normal office hours.

Nice To Haves

  • An affinity for the dynamic world of video games is an asset, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace the big picture of each project while meticulously attending to the most subtle details.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and diligently oversee their execution.
  • Coordinate resource allocation based on production schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients by fostering open communication channels.
  • Lead the delivery process, ensuring the timely submission of deliverables to clients.
  • Equip the team with all the resources necessary to meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Proactively prepare proposals for future projects by leveraging knowledge and experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancers, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Closely monitor project costs, promptly informing management of any budget overruns.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities by skillfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as the point of contact for matters related to the physical management of the studio.
