Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent education/experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
  • Ability to develop clear action plans based on limited information.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, well-organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Leadership and sound situational judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build consensus.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of: MS Office, JIRA (Plans), Confluence, and Dynamics NAV ERP.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent / Master’s degree in Project Management is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and milestones based on customer needs.
  • Ensure clear task allocation and clarify requirements with each team member.
  • Plan projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Update project documentation related to approved timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Prepare project status reports.
  • Manage risks and change requests to ensure project success, including obtaining approvals for budget changes.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and customers).
  • Lead project follow-ups with customers and organize knowledge transfer and training.
