The role develops and maintains integrated implementation plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, RACI assignments, budgets, monitoring, and documented results. It coordinates internal teams, vendors, consultants, and community partners to deliver rural access, care coordination, workflow, workforce, data, CCBHC readiness, and sustainability activities within approved timelines and budgets.
