About The Position

SupportYourApp is seeking a Project Manager to lead client implementations and ensure successful project delivery from kickoff to adoption. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving initiatives to help customers achieve their goals. The Project Manager will be crucial in coordinating projects, improving processes, and ensuring clients continuously benefit from the solution.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3+ years of project management experience within a software, implementation, or consulting environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving projects forward.
  • The ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and business processes.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A desire to continuously learn, develop new skills, and embrace feedback.
  • A passion for start-ups, entrepreneurship, digital, and new technologies.
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation projects and coordinate delivery between clients and internal teams.
  • Gather business, functional, and technical requirements and collaborate with the Integrations department for successful execution.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide clients on transformation and operational best practices.
  • Partner with clients to develop strategies that drive long-term adoption, success, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Monitor client activity and operations to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help clients maximize the value of the platform.
  • Deliver occasional training sessions and support key users in adopting and effectively using the solution.
