Action Property Management, a leader in community management with a legacy spanning four decades, is seeking a full-time Manager Assistant to join their team at Solair in Los Angeles, CA. The Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The position is responsible for managing daily office operations, correspondence, scheduling, and report preparation, as well as providing direct administrative support to the General Manager and the team. The role also involves assisting residents with inquiries, payments, move-ins, and move-outs, delivering exceptional customer service, and attending monthly board meetings to take detailed minutes, including transcribing them into Korean. Financial tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining records, coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships are also key responsibilities. The Manager Assistant will support the General Manager in supervising staff operations, serve as the first point of contact for employee call-outs, and coordinate On-Call coverage requests. Maintaining office cleanliness, organization, and professionalism, along with supporting additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned, are also part of the role.
