About The Position

Support the project management business and other value add services by managing multiple aspects of each project. The Project Manager will execute and manage projects to ensure successful outcomes for our customers and our company. This role involves leading projects from procurement through shipment as the primary point of contact for all items related to that project. Responsibilities include managing procurement with the purchasing team, tracking material arrival to project deadlines, adjusting and managing material as required to meet deadlines, regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, coordinating with production teams, coordinating with partners for outsourced services and parts, and coordinating the delivery of material to testing locations and final destinations. The Project Manager will also manage schedules across multiple projects and work groups, resolve customer issues, execute standard operating procedures, provide feedback for operating procedure updates, conduct and host customer meetings, and enforce company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate and have the manual dexterity to perform data entry quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable working with very tedious information with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office software specifically Excel and company programs.
  • Must be comfortable working on vendor websites with the ability to learn navigation of new sites.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings with minimal assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal customers.
  • Must be able to deal with steady interruptions that include phone calls, emails, and employee questions.
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple priorities.
  • Minimum level: High School Diploma.
  • Minimum amount: At least one year of previous experience in a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities
