About The Position

The n-Lorem Foundation, a pioneering non-profit biotechnology company, is seeking a passionate, organized, detail- and action-oriented individual to join their team as an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager. This role involves partnering closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Project Management and the Vice President of Clinical Development to manage the foundation's portfolio of patients by collaborating with a cross-functional team. The successful candidate will be committed to excellent documentation, timeline management, process improvement, and efficiency, ensuring activities are streamlined within the organization based on rapidly evolving development and operational priorities. Day-to-day activities will focus on advancing all n-Lorem Patient ASO programs and business operations to meet patient and internal team needs. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent documentation, detailed record-keeping, facilitating communication, and driving progress on patient programs. Flexibility is key in this fast-paced, growing team where no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Project Management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Familiarity with the principles of clinical trial conduct including clinical drug development, clinical trials operations, and regulatory components.
  • Strong and crisp written and verbal communication with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player who has a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of centralized locations for all Clinical and Development Operations including dashboards, metrics reports, tools, and databases.
  • Work closely with Clinical Development and Program Management teams to track progress, manage timelines, document key decisions, maintain systems for organizing complex information, and respond to queries.
  • Proactively identify and address potential gaps across the organization to ensure patient programs run smoothly and stakeholders have access to business-critical information to enable decision making.
  • Meeting Planning, Management, and Follow-up, including scheduling, facilitating group discussions, developing tailored agendas, and generating meeting minutes and tracking action items.
  • Manage process to obtain and coordinate receipt of required data and materials for all patient programs.
  • Assist scientific teams with timeline tracking, and conduct periodic analyses of aggregate timeline data.
  • General document management including detailed record keeping and co-authoring process documents and standardized templates.
  • Creation and maintenance of critical external communication lists and team rosters.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose possible solutions and escalate potential issues.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence to investigators, partners, collaborators, and the n-Lorem leadership team.
  • Act as a liaison between internal n-Lorem teams and physician and institution teams.
  • Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with evolving project priorities to meet deliverables and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned to support our quickly-growing multi-disciplinary team.
