About The Position

Ameritech Facility Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC and energy-related projects. The role coordinates with customers, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams, managing projects from planning through completion. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position in Ball Ground, Georgia, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek and 10%–25% travel. The salary range is $80,000–$85,000 annually. The position reports to the HVAC Division Manager and has a projected start date of November 2, 2026. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a full background check and drug screening. Requirements

Project management experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or energy-related industries.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience working with customers, vendors, field teams, and management.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
Ability to travel 10%–25%.
Successfully complete a full background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
