We are presently seeking a Project Manager to play a key role in driving projects forward, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, service, suppliers, and leadership teams while helping deliver innovative industrial systems to market. This role is on-site and reporting to the General Manager. This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and expansion across our operations. The final wage will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall qualifications.

Requirements

  • Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, or a related discipline
  • Experience leading complex industrial equipment, automation, or product development programs
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution capability
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and competing priorities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and technical partners
  • Comfortable operating in both technical and operational environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex industrial equipment and product development projects from concept through commercialization
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking plans
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, and software teams
  • Support system integration, testing, validation, commissioning, and deployment activities
  • Drive accountability and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external technical partners to ensure execution alignment
  • Support manufacturing readiness, production planning, and operational launch activities
  • Assist with service procedures, technical documentation, and deployment support
  • Monitor field performance and help drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback
