About The Position

AdMed is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling the company's ongoing projects. This role involves working closely with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Key responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing and executing effective project communication plans. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience and the ability to lead teams of various sizes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years project management experience in an advertising or pharmaceutical agency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships with prospects, clients, and internal staff
  • Ability to handle difficult clients or client situations with professionalism and problem-solving tactics
  • Big-picture strategic thinking
  • Ability to leverage internal relationships to more effectively manage the creative development process
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent people/team building skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.
  • WRIKE a plus
  • MBA preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
  • Experience in understanding and selling sales training solutions, digital marketing programs and medical education solutions in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring Account Coordinators adhere to project management standards on their assigned projects.
  • Working with Account Coordinators to submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports (internal and external) by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed for successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) project oversight.
  • Project management on assigned accounts, including timeline setup/maintenance, management of internal workflow, running status meetings/prep/follow-up, document management (creating and maintaining job folders and files), and submissions.
  • Maintain Project Management Knowledge Base.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of AdMed marketing projects.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including social media.
