About The Position

In your pivotal role as Project Manager, you will provide support to leadership on a daily basis in distributing Staffing Reports. You also will be responsible for the PressGaney patient-satisfaction survey for clinical providers. You must be organized, reliable, and a strong communicator. Your role is process-driven and the ability to develop plans with detailed structure to meet deadlines and deliverables is crucial. The Project Management Team in the Department of Anesthesiology is unique in that we work with multiple teams within the department (Faculty Affair’s Office, Chair’s Office, division and executive leadership) for routine operations and standalone projects. Project Managers are often tasked with creating processes and improving current procedures. Our team is the first to step in when other teams are short or need another support for a specific task. Requirements

Proficiency in MS Word , Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree
