About The Position

The Project Manager will primarily support Affinity Partnerships, managing projects from requirements and design through development, implementation, and post-implementation. The role works with business owners to define project scope and requirements, coordinates internal resources and external vendors, and ensures projects meet schedules, budgets, quality expectations, and business objectives. The position communicates project status, milestones, risks, and issues to management, project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. It also ensures implementation plans are followed, addresses post-implementation issues, and leads formal project closure and lessons-learned activities to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 3 years of project management experience in at least one of the following areas: product development and lifecycle management, business process optimization, strategic business consulting, capital project management, or operations optimization.
At least 3 years of experience with project management software and Microsoft Visio.
Ability to produce clear project plans with milestones, resources, and schedules.
Strong planning, project management, and organizational competencies, including the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining quality.
Analytical and strategic capabilities, business acumen, work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance.
Ability to produce and present clear, concise, professional written communications and presentations.
Ability to establish and follow an implementation methodology and produce high-quality work products.
Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments concurrently.

Advanced Excel and business analytical experience.
Adobe Workfront experience.
Technical familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SFMC, Ion, Liferay, and shared document platforms.
Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, or similar to enhance marketing campaign execution, content development, and performance optimization.
Experience in a marketing omnichannel environment, including print, digital, presentation, and video.
PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, monitor, review, and evaluate project work plans and progress.
Assist business owners in defining project scope and requirements.
Clearly define actions, owners, and deliverables to meet project dates and cost budgets.
Facilitate project meetings and manage change and conflict.
Measure deliverables against schedules and develop resource-planning estimates to manage workload and productivity.
Coordinate external vendor relationships, including Affinity partners, OEMs, and BPOs, within project scope.
Track deliverables using appropriate tools and report on project progress, quality assurance, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.
Manage projects throughout the full project management cycle, including requirements, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation.
Communicate project objectives, critical-path milestones, and overall status to management.
Provide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and consultants throughout implementation.
Report project status and issues accurately and on time.
Ensure each production installation has a detailed implementation plan, monitor compliance with the plan, and monitor post-implementation issues.
Facilitate formal project closure, hold lessons-learned sessions, document results, and ensure continuous improvement efforts are realized.
Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate project resources to align them on project goals and deliverables.
